Shipping Policy – Rafapasta | Art Gallery
I put a lot of care into every piece I create, and I want your artwork to arrive safely, beautifully, and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how shipping works when you order from Rafapasta | Art Gallery.
1. Shipping Costs
I offer free international shipping on orders above €20.
Orders below €20 may have a small shipping fee, although it’s extremely rare for any order to fall under that amount. This simply helps protect the process and ensures safe delivery.
2. Handmade Production
Each artwork is made specially for you, crafted individually with care. Because of this personalized and artisanal process, production times are not “instant,” but they are consistent and reliable.
To give you an idea:

Posters: usually produced within 1–3 business days

Framed art: usually produced within 1–4 business days
My goal is always to deliver something that feels personal, intentional, and made with attention—something created for you, not taken from a shelf.
The final product is generally very faithful to what you see on the product page. If there are small differences (especially in frames), it’s simply the nature of handmade work. Most customers tell me the pieces look even better in person, and that’s exactly the experience I want you to have.
3. Shipping Times
Once your piece is created, it is shipped from the artisan workshop closest to your location.
This helps keep delivery fast and smooth, and in most cases it allows me to avoid customs fees or import taxes entirely.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Europe: 2–6 business days

USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

Latin America: 4–9 business days

Asia & Oceania: 4–10 business days

Rest of the world: 5–12 business days
These are estimates—your piece may arrive sooner depending on where it’s made.
4. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking, so you’ll always know where your artwork is and when to expect it.
Orders containing multiple items usually ship together, but depending on size or format they may ship separately.
5. Delivery Issues
Delays
Once your order is shipped, its travel time depends on the carrier. Occasional delays may happen due to weather, holidays, or logistical issues.
Incorrect Addresses
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, responsibility falls on the customer.
If this happens, contact me as soon as possible—I’ll always try to help, but I can only edit or redirect an order before the shipping process begins.
Lost Packages
If your package goes missing during transit, I will replace it at no cost to you after verifying the tracking status.
Damaged Packages
If the package arrives damaged, don’t worry—I personally take care of it.
Just send me photos of the damage, and I’ll send a replacement right away.
6. Shipping to Islands & Remote Regions
I ship to islands and remote regions without any special conditions. Delivery may take a bit longer, but the process works the same.
7. Customs & Import Fees
You won’t need to pay customs or additional import fees, because your artwork is produced and shipped from the workshop nearest to you.
This keeps shipping smooth, fast, and hassle-free.
