I want every piece you receive from Rafapasta | Art Gallery to feel special and arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, I'm here to make it right.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
I only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or with production errors. The condition of the item doesn’t matter — you don’t need to keep it unused or in its original packaging.
I cover all return shipping costs.
Since I work with several production studios around the world, the return address may vary. I’ll always let you know the correct return location during our communication.
There are no non-returnable items. If something arrives damaged or defective, I’ll take care of it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or with any issues, I’ll replace it for free.
I’ll just need photos of the damage to confirm the problem. Once I have them, I’ll send out a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
I issue the refund as soon as it's approved, and the rest depends on how long your payment provider takes to process it.
Sale items are also eligible for refunds under the same conditions.
I don’t charge any restocking fees — ever.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund or replacement, I’m happy to help. You have 30 days from delivery to request one.
