Welcome to Rafapasta | Art Gallery. By visiting my website (rafapasta.art) or purchasing something from me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. I’ve written them clearly and personally so you know exactly how everything works.

1. General Conditions

By using my website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized use of my content, artworks, images, or services.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if necessary, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or infringement of my artistic work.

2. My Art & Product Philosophy

All artworks and products are created through a network of artisan workshops, each producing your piece one by one, with care and attention.
Because each item is made individually, production times can vary, and slight differences may occur—especially in frames. Some product photos may show a white passepartout, but my frames do not include a white border.
Most customers tell me the artworks look even better in person.

3. Purchases & Payments

I accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (under Klarna’s own terms and financing conditions)

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information is accurate.

4. Shipping

I offer free international shipping for orders above €20.

Because I work with artisan workshops located around the world, your order is usually produced and shipped from the workshop closest to your location, helping avoid customs fees. You won’t need to pay duties or import taxes.

Shipping and production times may vary depending on the workshop, but I always do my best to deliver safely and efficiently.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the product arrives damaged or with errors. I cover all return costs.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it, as long as production hasn’t started.
After that, I can still cancel the order if the workshop hasn’t begun making your piece, but please contact me as soon as possible.

6. Accuracy of Information

I do my best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to artisanal production, color calibration, or differences in framing styles.

I reserve the right to modify information or correct errors without prior notice, while always honoring any order already placed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use my website or artworks for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute my images or artworks

  • Attempt to extract content, data, or imagery for commercial use

  • Use my art commercially without my written permission

If you wish to collaborate or resell my art legitimately, contact me—I'm open to business agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts, and content on this website belong exclusively to Rafapasta | Art Gallery and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not use or reproduce my artwork for commercial purposes, derivative works, or promotional materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for damages arising from:

  • Delays caused by carriers or workshops

  • Minor variations in product appearance

  • Misuse of the product

  • Third-party payment services or processing delays

My liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
This clause follows the standard Shopify format for customer protection.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain, even though I ship worldwide through my network of partner workshops.
